we first surveyed and analyzed existing content to audit and understand existing information across the enterprise. Additionally, we interviewed individuals throughout the organization to better understand their needs and the realities of content creation and distribution.

By creating a detailed taxonomy, and drafting and stress testing use cases, we provided a framework to organize the enterprise’s content. The taxonomy has increased Vibrent’s ability to structure and organize content, retrieve information, distribute and reuse content efficiently.
